The Nov. 22nd Challenge: Forests!
Everyone is thinking "green" these days, and what can be greener than our forests!

Thanks to the Photographers!
Our thanks go out to Bill Kuykendall and Kelly Ilseman, both who took some great photos last month! Check out some of Bill's and Kelly's pics in two collages.

Garfield remembers Don with the following tribute:

"One of my dearest friends left this world on October 5, 2008. DADGADers may remember Don Radovich for the solo he performed on “Delilah” when we played there a few months ago. Don was a gifted lead guitar player and songwriter, and he could sing a little, too. His many talents included 3-D photography, writing, and investigation of paranormal phenomena. We worked together at the Ellsworth Weekly, and our friendship and musical collaboration continued after the newspaper's demise in January 2005. We recorded my song “Olympia” in his living room in Bucksport, with Don handling the backing vocals and all the tricky guitar parts. Don's talent and generosity of spirit enriched the lives of everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife Paige and two stepchildren. I miss him more than words can tell."
